PURPOSE: A safe driving guide for a vehicle and a guardrail for providing advertisement are provided to place advertisement without spoiling the beauty of street. CONSTITUTION: A safe driving guide for a vehicle and a guardrail for providing advertisement comprise a solar cell portion, an LED portion, and a controller. The solar cell portion is installed in a post(200) and converts sunlight into electrical energy. The LED portion is composed of an LED(11) and an opaque plate(14). The LED is mounted in a retreated part(102) to emit advertisement display and light. The opaque plate covers the retreated part to protect the LED. The controller controls the solar cell portion and the LED portion. |
