PURPOSE: A cold/warm insole is provided to ensure excellent endothermic or exothermic effects by the phase change of a phase change material by comprising a phase change material in a cold/warm pack. CONSTITUTION: A cold/warm insole includes a cold/warm pack(3) and an opening. The cold/warm pack comprise a phase change material selected between the group consisting of Na2SO4·10H2O, Na2HPO4·12H2O, Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and n-octadecane. The cold/warm pack is inserted and detached through the opening formed at the side of the cold/warm insole.
