PURPOSE: A device and a method for forming a fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material and a product using the same are provided to maximize a property reinforcing effect by minimizing damage to reinforced fiber. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for forming a fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material comprises an extruder(110), a cutting device(135), a heating device(140), and a shaping device(160). The extruder compirse a resin inlet(116), a fiber inlet(118), a heater, and a melting space(112). The resin and fiber inlets are formed in the top and bottom sides of a housing(111) and put a resin composition into the melting space. The heater heats the resin composition. The device for cutting cuts 'the composites consecutively exhausted through vent'. The cutting device is arranged in the bottom side of the extruder in order to cut the continuously discharged composition. The heating device heats the cut composition. The shaping device shapes the composition in a certain shape. |
