TIG TORCH WITH AUTOMATIC WEAVING FUNCTION AND WELDING METHOD USING IT

PURPOSE: A TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas) torch with an automatic weaving function and a welding method using the same are provided to reduce the fatigue of a welding worker by decentralizing the weight of a torch cable and the TIG torch. CONSTITUTION: A TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas) torch(10) with an automatic weaving function comprises a holder(21), rotary wheels(22), a weaving unit(30), and a weaving controller(31). The holder is rotatably installed on the front of a housing(20). The rotary wheels are installed on the lower part of the housing and move along the surface of a base metal(12). The weaving unit is installed in the housing. The weaving unit weaves the TIG torch to the left/right along with the holder. The weaving controller is installed inside or outside of the housing. The weaving controller controls the weaving width and speed of the TIG torch by controlling the weaving unit.
