PURPOSE: A passenger airbag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a yield rate by reducing the residual part of a sheet after cutting and to simplify the shape of the passenger airbag. CONSTITUTION: A marginal(A) comprises two side panels(2) and main panels(4). The side panels are formed in a rectangular shape. The main panels are coupled to the outer edge of the side panels. The main panels are formed in a rectangular shape. The edge parts of the side panels are right-angled or curved(C).
