PURPOSE: A beauty art device is provided to periodically supply steam to hair and to adjust amount of the steam according to the hair state. CONSTITUTION: A beauty art device comprises: a first heating plate in which a steam discharge hole is formed; a first main body part(100) in which the pumping area in which the air is inserted is equipped; a second body portion(200) which has a second heating plate and in which a push action is activated in a pumping area; a water receiving part which supplies water to the first heating plate; a hinge unit(400) equipped with an elastic member offering restoring force; and a controller(300) which controls power source and adjusts temperature.
