摘要 PURPOSE: A high power piezoelectric ceramic compositions for low temperature co-firing is provided to implement excellent piezoelectric characteristic under lower sintering temperature by adding sintering aids to PZT-PMS-PZN piezoelectric ceramics or adding sintering aids with donor. CONSTITUTION: In a high power piezoelectric ceramic compositions for low temperature co-firing, CuO is added to PZT-PMS-PZN piezoelectric ceramics. La2O3 is added to the piezoelectric ceramics. The CuO is used as a sintering aid to decrease a sintering temperature. Nb2O5 is added to the piezoelectric ceramics having CuO which is added to the PZT-PMS-PZN piezoelectric ceramics. The Nb2O5 improve the piezoelectric characteristics while being used as a donor to reduce the sintering temperature.
