PURPOSE: An active oxygen restoration system is provided to change acidic physical constitution into alkaline physical constitution. CONSTITUTION: An active oxygen restoration system comprises: a high voltage generation unit(110) generating a high voltage and safe power current; an anion generation unit(130) which is electrically connected to the high voltage generation unit, generates anions, and supplies the anions to the human body; and an active oxygen discharge device which discharges a current to the outside through the anion generation unit.
