摘要 The process of producing a synthesis gas containing hydrogen from a hydrocarbon charge (1), comprises transforming the hydrocarbon charge into synthesis gas in a vapor-reforming furnace or auto-thermal reforming furnace, and treating the synthesis gas using a unit (4) for separation and/or purification of hydrogen. The hydrogen product is removed and supplied in upstream of the furnace for performing combustion. A part of hydrocarbon gas flow obtained from the treatment unit and/or transformation of synthesis gas is removed and recycled in upstream of the process. The process of producing a synthesis gas containing hydrogen from a hydrocarbon charge (1), comprises transforming the hydrocarbon charge into synthesis gas in a vapor-reforming furnace or auto-thermal reforming furnace, and treating the synthesis gas using a unit (4) for separation and/or purification of hydrogen. The hydrogen product is removed and supplied in upstream of the furnace for performing combustion. A part of hydrocarbon gas flow obtained from the treatment unit and/or transformation of synthesis gas is removed and recycled in upstream of the process as additional hydrocarbon load for the furnace. The step of treatment of synthesis gas comprises a step of elimination of carbon dioxide using a separation unit, where the carbon dioxide is used as an oxidizing agent in the reforming furnace. The carbon dioxide separation unit comprises chemical solvents including amines and physical solvents, and is capable of performing Benfield process and physical separation using molecular sieve or membrane. The treatment unit for separation and/or purification of hydrogen is a device of pressure swing adsorption type or membrane type. The purge gas from the hydrogen separation and purification unit is recycled in upstream of process as additional hydrocarbon charge. The process further comprises recovering heat from the smoke based on water vapor produced by the combustion of hydrogen in the furnace to preheat the hydrocarbon feedstock supply in the furnace and/or to preheat hot water during the hydrocarbon processing stage. The heat is recovered until partial or total condensation of water vapor contained in the smoke.
