The apparatus (1) has a furnace provided with a combustion chamber (2). The combustion chamber is connected with an external evacuation conduit that evacuates fume via an outlet passage (4) or a main outlet passage. The external evacuation conduit is formed with a fume extraction circuit that is connected with the combustion chamber and integrated to the apparatus. The outlet passage is equipped with a receiving site (6) for receiving a partial obturation part (7). The obturation part is provided with a compensation or adjusting unit for compensating or adjusting drawing of the apparatus.
