The method involves receiving commercial and administrative partner emails following predefined groupings based contract, invoice and statement of account. Attributes are attributed to the emails for identifying the grouped emails, for identifying type of messaging e.g. administrative messaging or commercial messaging, and for identifying a target classification file. The received emails are automatically classified in the file, a directory corresponding to each grouping or in an alternate email address.
