FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purification and fractionation of huminic acids and humin-like substances extracted from natural compounds. Proposed method comprises triple extraction from natural compounds by solution of sodium hydroxide in 10%-dimethylsulfoxide, purifying extract, first, in chromatograph column using sephadex LH-20. Then, solution produced in eluating chromatographic column by water, is subjected to contact with detonation nano-diamonds, a sorbent. Desorption of target substance from nano-diamonds is effected by buffer solution.
