<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet irradiation device capable of focusing a printing face even in the case of change in a distance from a light emitting part to the printing face of a printing object. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet irradiation device 1 includes an optical block 40 comprising a first and a second lens 41, 42 disposed between the light emitting part Ls and the printing object 30. The relative distance between both lenses 41, 42 is not fixed, and changeable by moving the second lens 42 by a focal adjusting device.
