PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction caused by careless operation by a customer and make clerk's work efficient. SOLUTION: Touch panels of electronic shelf labels 100-1 to 100-M detect contact from outside and output detection signals representing coordinates of the contact points. A management server 500 or the electronic shelf labels 100-1 to 100-M performs a predetermined processing when the patterns of the detection signals output from the touch panels of the electronic shelf labels 100-1 to 100-M coincide with a predetermined input pattern.
