<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stairway handrail which can be simply constituted and achieve improvements in manufacturing efficiency and assembling efficiency and which can firmly connect handrail members together. <P>SOLUTION: The stairway handrail 10 is provided to a folded-back stairway 1 connecting the lower floor and the upper floor of a building together, and the stairway handrail 10 is provided with the handrail member 21 of the lower floor stairway arranged on the lower floor side, the handrail member 22 of the upper floor stairway arranged on the upper floor side, and the connecting handrail member 23 connecting the handrail member 21 of the lower floor stairway and the handrail member 22 of the upper floor stairway together. Furthermore, each of the handrail members 21, 22, 23 is constituted by a handrail body part 12 and a hollow member 13 for reinforcement which is placed along the longitudinal direction of the handrail body part 12 and is buried on the back side. Then the handrail member 21 of the lower floor stairway and the connecting handrail member 23, and the connecting handrail member 23 and the handrail member 22 of the upper floor stairway are connected to each other by an engagement connecting member which is inserted and fixed in the interior of the hollow member 13 for reinforcement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
