PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment and detachment mechanism of an integrated display which can easily attach or detach a display to or from a body device. SOLUTION: In the attachment and detachment mechanism of the display, an attachment plate and depressing pole are arranged on the display side, and an attachment plate receiving part to be pushed by the attachment plate when the display is attached, a display locking part having a depressing pole receiving part to be pushed by the depressing pole when the display is detached, a body hollow part for slidably storing the display locking part, a body side groove part to be connected to the body hollow part, and an insertion hole are arranged on the body device side. The depressing pole receiving part is pushed by the depressing pole, and when the display locking part is retreated, the display is moved by the dead load and can be detached.
