PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of shortening a warm-up time with superior safety. SOLUTION: A heating member 33 for heating a fixing belt includes a semi-cylindrical holder member 40 where a contact surface with an inner circumferential surface of the fixing belt has a curved convex surface and a surface opposite to the convex surface has a flat surface; and a ceramic heater 41 provided on the holder member 40.
