<p>A windscreen wiper device (1) of the "flat blade type" comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade (2), which includes at least one longitudinal groove (3), in which groove (3) a longitudinal strip (4) of the carrier element is disposed, which windscreen wiper device (1) comprises a connecting device (7) for an oscillating arm (8), wherein said oscillating arm (8) is pivotally connected to said connecting device (7) about a pivot axis, with the interposition of a joint part (10), wherein said joint part (10) and said connecting device (7) are pivotally connected to each other by mutually cooperating protrusion/recess means, with the special feature that said joint part (10) and said connecting device (7) are provided with mutually cooperating protrusion/groove means for limiting a pivot angle of said joint part (10), and wherein said protrusion/groove means comprise at least one guiding groove (32, 33) and at least one protrusion (15) cooperating with said groove (32, 33).</p> |
