PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition having high flexibility of a cured article in the curable resin composition containing a curable silicone-based resin. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition includes 100 pts.mass of a curable silicone-based resin (A) having a crosslinkable silyl group represented by formula (1) in the molecule and 0.01-30 pts.mass of a trialkylsilyl borate compound (B). Formula (1) is -SiR<SP>1</SP><SB>a</SB>(R<SP>2</SP>)<SB>3-a</SB>in which R<SP>1</SP>represents a 1-20C hydrocarbon group, R<SP>2</SP>represents a hydrolyzable group, and a represents 0, 1 or 2.
