<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem in a device for managing the document information, wherein it cannot be guaranteed that an image forming apparatus does not circulate document information from one to another, when having the image forming apparatus acquire the document information to be formed. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming system includes a document management device 10. The device includes: receiving a request of the document information to be formed; making a request, and determining whether the document information is provided depending on whether certificate information indicating that circulation of electronic information is prevented is received; and transmitting the document information whose formation is requested to the image forming apparatus being a requester, when it is determined that the document information is provided as a result of the determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
