PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe with a heel by which occurrence of overpronation can be prevented by preventing load from excessively acting on a big toe side and pain metatarsal bone top parts is reduced by alleviating the load and impact acting on the metatarsal bone top parts of the first to fifth finger of a foot even in a person of a valgus foot. SOLUTION: In a pump 1 constituted by arranging a planar sock lining 2 corresponding to a sole shape on an insole, a heel supporting plate 3 with an inclined face whose upper face inclines downward from an inside to an outside relative to the lower face in a position of the heel of the foot between the insole and the sock lining 2, a pad plate 4 of the shape corresponding to an arch of the foot is arranged in a position of the arch of the foot, and an elastic metatarsal bone supporting plate 5 with smaller width than the width of the insole is arranged in the position of the metatarsal bones of the foot such that the metatarsal bone of the first finger of the foot protrudes from an inside fringe 51 and the metatarsal bone top parts of the second to fifth fingers of the foot protrudes from a front end fringe 52.
