PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw a flow chart intended by a user by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The flow chart drawing device 100 is configured to draw a flow chart on a display screen 250. A display part 210 displays a connection symbol connecting the start symbol of the flow chart and the end symbol of the flow chart and a connection symbol connecting the start symbol and the end symbol on the display screen 250. An input part 220 accepts an instruction input to instruct the insertion of the flow chart symbol between the flow chart symbols connected by the connection symbol in the flow chart. When the instruction input is accepted by the input part 220, a drawing part 230 draws a new flow chart symbol between the flow chart symbols, and draws a new connection symbol connecting the flow chart symbol with the new flow chart symbol for each flow chart symbol.
