The invention discloses a mobile phone payment system, method and corresponding devices for supporting a roaming user. The system includes: a roaming area payment service device, a service gateway and a home area payment service device. When a roaming user gains access, the roaming area payment service device makes a request via the service gateway for the home area payment service device of the number of the roaming user to process a payment for said roaming user. The home area payment service device processes the payment request of the roaming user and notifies the roaming area payment service device via the service gateway of the payment processing result after the payment processing is finished. Using a service gateway, the invention routes the authentication request message and the payment request message from the roaming area service to the user home area service for processing, separating the exchange procedure from the payment transaction procedure and thus reducing user operation load, user fees, and operating costs.
