PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly versatile, compact and low-cost controller of a vending machine. SOLUTION: In the controller for connecting a main circuit substrate 100 equipped with a microcomputer 120 and a first connector 110 with a sub-circuit substrate 200 equipped with a second connector 210, the main circuit substrate 100 is provided with a bus function switching part 304 for switching whether a bus line 121 connecting the microcomputer 120 with the first connector 110 functions as a system bus or an input/output bus.
