At the end of the target time of the torque phase when an initial value is calculated of the transmitted torque of a hydraulic clutch (frictional engagement element) of a transmission destination, a torque target inclination during a period until it reaches a value equivalent to the engine torque is calculated (S104). The torque target inclination calculated is converted into an oil pressure target inclination (S106). Searching for first and second characteristics preset from the inclination etc., a command value QAT of the oil pressure to the hydraulic clutch Cn of the transmission destination is calculated (from S108 to S112).
