<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the unevenness in appearance generated when forming concavo-convex parts on the design surface of a lamp design-surface member. <P>SOLUTION: In an extension of a vehicle headlight, the design surface has a decorative surface on which the concavo-convex parts whose maximum cross-sectional heights Rt are≥1 micrometer and planar parts whose maximum cross-sectional heights Rt are≤0.3 micrometers are mixedly formed. The planar parts are formed so that an area ratio with respect to the decorative surface is≥30% and≤80%. The planar parts are formed so that the maximum cross-sectional heights Rt are≤0.3 micrometers. The decorative surface is formed by molding a molding material with a mold having a decoration forming surface for forming the decorative surface.
