PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nitrogen-containing spiro-ring compound having Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitory effects, and medicinal uses thereof. SOLUTION: There is provided a compound represented by general formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate thereof.
