PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling delivery carriage with a cooling device capable of improving the working efficiency of fixing wiring inside even in a limited machine room. SOLUTION: The cooling delivery carriage includes wheels 12 for moving, a handle 14 for hand-pushing, a heat insulating box body 20 with a storage chamber 4 storing delivery articles, a cooler R cooling the inside of the storage chamber 4, and the machine room 7 constituted in the lower part of the heat insulating box body 20 and having the cooler R therein.
