PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity when assembling a joint cover. SOLUTION: In this joint cover structure 20, a through hole 25 is provided in a floor panel 13 of a vehicle 10, a steering shaft 17 is passed through the through hole 25 via a joint member 33, and the surrounding of the joint member 33 of the steering shaft 17 is covered with the joint cover 21. One of a divided part 45 is provided with a projecting part 64, the other of the divided part 45 is provided with a recessed part 66, and the projecting part 64 is fitted to the recessed part 66 in a mounted state of the joint cover 21.
