The frame has a circumferential profile with multiple locking elements (19) for fixing the window into the profile. The profile has thin-walled circumferential bars (23) which extend in the opposite direction towards outside from the profile and serve to attach profile against the wall (100). The outer edging (22) of these bars define the maximal width of the profile. The locking elements are arranged between the bars. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system has frame; and (2) a window arrangement.
