PURPOSE: A used car transactions method utilizing real-time video information and a transactions system thereof are provided to enable a user to save time and costs in the purchase of a vehicle by confirming the actually-sold vehicle online and seeing a vehicle displayed on an exhibition hall. CONSTITUTION: For a searched vehicle on sale, a real time information searching operation is requested from a server by a client(S104). For the real time information request, the real time display image information for the vehicle on sale is transferred to a corresponding client through a steaming server in real time(S105). The chassis number and the insurance accident history for the selected vehicle is referred to(S106). A vehicle registered book for the vehicle is inquired(S108).
