PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adhering failure of an adhesive sheet and adhere the adhesive sheet by easily and quickly changing a direction of the adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet attaching apparatus 10 includes a feeding means 11 for feeding an adhesive sheet S, a supporting means 12 for supporting the adhesive sheet S fed from the feeding means 11, a moving means 15 for moving the supporting means 12 in the same direction and at the same speed as the adhesive sheet S fed by the feeding means 11, a pressing means 13 integrally provided to the supporting means 12, a rotating means 17 in which the supporting means 12 is provided so as to rotatable in a plane of the adhesive sheet S, and a control means 19 having a function of controlling a rotation angle of the rotating means 17.
