PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a pseud three-dimensional image. SOLUTION: An input image acquisition part 11 acquires a binary mask image for specifying an input image and an object area of the input image. A frame graphic composition part 16 determines a position of a square frame graphic in which one of a pair of sides constituting a pair of sides in the square frame graphic includes an intersection with an object area boundary and the other side does not include the intersection with the object area boundary, extracts pixels in an area inside the square frame graphic of the input image and pixels of an object area of the binary mask image of the input image to generate a composite image.
