PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a user to feel warm without causing the user to feel cold while using the body warmer for a long time, while reducing consumption of a battery and preventing a low-temperature burn. SOLUTION: The body warmer is provided with: the battery 1; a case 2 incorporating the battery 1; a warming part 91 which is energized by the battery 1 to be warmed; and a temperature control circuit 92 which controls energizing of the battery 1 to control the temperature of the warming part 91. The temperature control circuit 92 is provided with: a storage part 13 which stores a first preset temperature being a preset temperature of the warming part 91 and a second preset temperature set to be lower than the preset temperature; and a control unit 6 which repeatedly controls the temperature of the warming part 91 to the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature which are stored in the memory part 13. In the body warmer, the temperature control circuit 92 controls the temperature of the warming part 91 so that a temperature gradient of lowering from the first preset temperature to the second preset temperature is gentler than a temperature gradient of raising the temperature from the second preset temperature to the first preset temperature.
