PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact flushing device capable of comfortable flushing at a low amount of flow and water pressure but with a strong water flow even in the case of flushing a wide range, eliminating the need for an electrical drive device for rocking, and saving energy and having no vibrations or noise. SOLUTION: A flushing nozzle 1 of the flushing device comprises both of a water discharge rocking means for discharging water in such a way that the track of flushing water may spirally enlarge its track and form an approximately conical shape after discharge and a water discharge varying means for discharging flushing water in such a way as to repeat reductions and increases in the amount of discharged flushing water. The water discharge rocking means and the water discharge varying means comprise: a swiveling chamber 4 provided for the inside of the flushing nozzle 1 for swiveling flushing water; a swiveling chamber inflow path 3; and a rocking part partially arranged in the swiveling chamber 4 and rotating at the reception of the flow of flushing water in the swiveling chamber 4. Both of a water supply opening 13 for making flushing water inside the swiveling chamber 4 flow into it and a water discharge opening for discharging flushing water which has been flown inside to the outside are formed in the rocking part.
