PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer for laminated glass which, when used for constituting laminated glass enhances the impenetrability and the sound insulation of the laminated glass obtained and reduces the lowering of the impenetrability over time. SOLUTION: The interlayer for laminated glass includes a thermoplastic resin, a first plasticizer having a structure expressed by formula (1): HO-(R<SP>1</SP>O)<SB>m</SB>-R<SP>2</SP>-(R<SP>3</SP>O)<SB>n</SB>-H, and a second plasticizer being a diester compound. The content of the first plasticizer is 28-50 pts.wt. and that of the second plasticizer is 10-35 to 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin. The total content of the first plasticizer and the second plasticizer is 40-65 pts.wt. In the formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>represents a 1-18C alkylene group; R<SP>2</SP>represents a 4-10 alkylene group having a branched structure; R<SP>3</SP>represents a 1-18C alkylene group; the total of<SB>m</SB>and<SB>n</SB>are numbers in the range of 2-10.
