PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress descending of a vehicle on an uphill road.

SOLUTION: HV-ECU executes a program including: a step (S100) for calculating a presumption slope; a step (S106) for performing the rate limit processing of variation of the presumption slope when it is a slope (YES at S102) and an absolute value of a vehicle speed is V(0) or lower (YES at S104); a step (S110) for performing hysteresis processing; a step (S112) for calculating a creep-up coefficient; and a step (S114) for calculating a creep-up torque.
