摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: soft magnetic powder capable of manufacturing a low-loss dust core small in loss (iron loss) in a high-frequency range; a method of manufacturing soft magnetic powder, capable of easily manufacturing the soft magnetic powder; a low-loss dust core manufactured by using the soft magnetic powder; and a magnetic element including the same. <P>SOLUTION: A choke coil 10 includes the dust core 11 of a toroidal shape, and a conductive wire 12 wound around the dust core 11. The dust core 11 is obtained by mixing this soft magnetic powder with a bonding material, and pressurizing and molding the mixture. The soft magnetic powder used for the dust core 11 contains Fe as a main constituent, wherein the average particle size and the maximum particle size are 5-25 &mu;m and <63 &mu;m, respectively. The soft magnetic powder preferably contains at least either of Si and Cr. The respective particles of the soft magnetic powder are respectively insulated by the bonding material, and can thereby reduce eddy current loss of the choke coil 10 particularly in a high-frequency range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
