PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjusting device for a waterproof pan, which secures the locking of a leg bolt while eliminating much time and labor for work and reduces a work port. SOLUTION: A leg support 3 provided with a female screw 4 is arranged on the rear side B of the waterproof pan 2, a height adjusting leg bolt 5 is screwed with the female screw 4 in an advancing and retreating manner, and a lock-nut 6 is screwed with the leg bolt 5, a height adjusting opening 7 for insertion of a rotary operation tool is arranged on the pan surface side A so as to face the upper end side of the leg bolt 5 from the surface side of the waterproof pan 2, a work port 8 communicating the pan front/back sides is arranged at the position of the waterproof pan 2 in the vicinity of the leg bolt 5, and a detachable lid 9, which covers the height adjusting opening 7 and the work port 8 simultaneously, is provided on the surface side A of the waterproof pan 2.
