PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive cap having a light weight and further increasing a cool feeling by improving its appearance and furthermore enabling a mass production such as mold processing, since a conventional cap is required to mount a light-shading and heat-insulating material on its sun-screening body for improving light-shading and heat-insulating effects. SOLUTION: The cap includes a sun-screening body provided with an air-ventilating port, and the sun-screen body is provided with an eave above the air-ventilating port, the member is molded from a foamed resin material, an impact resistant and anti-bending property-improved sheet made of a resin is bonded to the foamed resin material, and in addition, the upper part of the eaves are reversible, also a clip device for clipping a fabric having a light-shading property is provided at the outer surface of the sun-screening body thereby enabling to clip the fabric having the light-shading property, and also a ribbon, fashion towel, etc are used.
