PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction-type electric vehicle that automatically recovers to a lane when an electromagnetic induction-type electric vehicle which performs steering control by detecting a magnetic field generated by a guide wire laid along a lane departs from the lane. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction-type electric vehicle includes: a departure determination means 31E for determining that the vehicle has departed from the lane when a displacement amount from a guide line of a car body exceeds a steering control range; a break control means 31F for stopping the car body by breaking a driving wheel 3 and a steering wheel 2 when the departure is determined; and a departure recovery control means 31G for controlling the steering device 4, a power drive device 29, and a break device 23 so as to move the stopped car body back to a position where the steering is controlled, while being steered to the maximum to the same direction as that the departure is determined.
