PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel with high fire resistive performance and a structure for connecting the panel. SOLUTION: In the panel A, a core material 3 is infilled between two outer metal skins 1 and 2; and a fitting protrusion 4 and a fitting recess 5 are formed adjacently each other in a thickness direction at both ends, respectively. A reinforcing piece 7 is protrusively provided at an end of an outer metal skin body 6. An approximately U-shaped cross-section recess forming piece 8 for forming the fitting recess 5 is elongated at the end of the reinforcing piece 7. Another panel A is arranged adjacently to the panel A; and the fitting protrusion 4 of the one panel A is fitted into the fitting recess 5 of the other panel A, so that the panels A and A can be connected together. Thus, the recess forming piece 8 is held down by the fitting protrusion 4, so that the deformation of the reinforcing piece 7 arranged on the front side of the fitting recess 5 can be suppressed.
