摘要 FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: system uses switching ports to facilitate allocation and utilisation of sub-carriers. In one version, switching ports may be divided into several sub-zones, wherein each sub-zone includes a configurable number of switching ports. Switching ports in each sub-zone may be configured or moved based on a commutator function. After rearrangement, the switching ports in all sub-zones can be mapped to sub-carriers based on local or global switching. In another version, a set of switching ports can be mapped to a set of sub-carriers. A switching port can be mapped to an unavailable sub-carrier and can be re-mapped to another available sub-carrier. In yet another version, a set of switching ports can be mapped on a set of sub-carriers distributed (e.g. uniformly) on all sub-carriers, but avoiding sub-carriers in a reserved zone. ^ EFFECT: high efficiency of allocating and mapping resources in a wireless communication system. ^ 21 cl, 27 dwg
