PURPOSE: A slanted short axis rotating device of a solar cell panel is provided to improve the collection efficiency of sunlight by rotating a frame. CONSTITUTION: A trapezoidal or rectangular frame(10) supports a plurality of solar cell panels. Upper and lower fixing frames(11,12) are formed on one side and the end of the frame. Upper and lower supports are formed in the center of the upper and lower fixing frames and supports the frame. A support frame(15) is connected to the fixing frame. A plurality of rotating rods rotate an operation bar. The upper and lower supports are fixed to a bracket assembled with the fixing plate. The frame is rotated 45 degrees by the rotation of the rotation rod assembled with the operation bar. |
