<p>PURPOSE: A form tape for safety indication is provided to easily attach the tape by detaching a release paper, to increase visibility due to embossing formation on the surface and aluminum refection boards, and to relieve impact by attaching crosslinked polyethylene foam in one body. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum refection board(20) is attached at the upper part of a crosslinked polyethylene foam with constant thickness. A print film(10) in which a safety indication line(11) is printed and inclined is attached to the upper part of the aluminum refection board. An aluminum refection board is attached to the lower part of the crosslinked polyethylene foam, wherein an adhesive(50) is spread to the lower part of the polyethylene coating layer. The adhesive covers a release paper(60).</p> |
