PURPOSE: A producing method of a vegetation block capable of using as an artificial fish reef is provided to offer the artificial fish reef for fishes, amphibians, and reptilians. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a vegetation block comprises the following: forming a cylinder hinge on a press support, and attaching a cylinder to the lower side of the press support; forming a block pressing buffer material on the lower side of the cylinder using a spring, and installing a block filter press on the lower side of the buffer material to produce a block forming device; combining the block forming device with a block forming stand to obtain an ecosystem protecting unit block(110); punching through-holes on the unit block; integrating the unit block using a block assembling device(120) and a bolt nut; and forming an ecosystem habitat space(333) using the integrated unit block.
