PURPOSE: A folder type bicycle carrier device, capable of utilizing as a load supporter of a bicycle in normal time, is provided to enable a user to convert the use as a carrier or a load supporter. CONSTITUTION: A folder type bicycle carrier device comprises a supporting frame(110) and a sliding frame(120). The supporting frame is installed in the frame of the foldable bicycle in order to be located at the upper part of the back wheel of the foldable bicycle. The supporting frame comprises a guide rail(111). The sliding frame comprises a mainframe(121) and a connection block(124), and an additional wheel(125). The mainframe can be deposited on the supporting frame upper. One end of the connection block is combined along the guide rail to move. The other end of the connection block is combined in the mainframe. The additional wheel is located on the backend of the mainframe.
