PURPOSE: A system for measuring the deviation between holes of upper and lower brackets of a guide vane is provided to enable more accurate and simple measurement of deviation by employing a laser. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring the deviation between holes of upper and lower brackets of a guide vane comprises an upper bracket hole jig(100), a lower bracket hole jig(200), a laser generating device(130), and a reference target(140). The upper bracket hole jig includes an upper bracket hole cover(110) and a protrusion(120) which is formed in the center of the cover with one side open. The lower bracket hole jig includes a lower bracket hole cover(210) and a micro control part formed on the top of the cover. The laser generating device is formed in the center of the outer top of the protrusion. The reference target is formed in the center of the inner bottom of the protrusion and includes a laser receiver.
