PURPOSE: A producing method of pizza using vegetable sprout and onion is provided to reduce the nutritional unbalance of conventional pizza by adding the vegetable sprout and the onion. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pizza using vegetable sprout and onion comprises the following steps: mixing 100% of strong flour or rice powder, 3% of sugar, 2.5% of salt, 3% of dry yeast, 2% of bread improver, 5~20% of vegetable sprout, and 5~25% of onion, and adding 50% of warm water for kneading for 3~5minutes(10); adding 4% of olive oil, and kneading for 7~10minutes(20); aging obtained dough at 30deg C for 50minutes(30); spreading the dough with a rolling pin, and putting on a pizza pan coated with cooking oil(40); preparing pizza sauce with tomato sauce or paste, basil and oregano, ground garlic and other ingredients(50); spreading the pizza sauce on the dough, and baking for 7minutes(60); adding pizza topping ingredients including the onion on the dough(70); adding cheese powder on the topping ingredients; and heating the dough with an oven at 250deg C(80).
