PURPOSE: A seat belt for a vehicle is provided to stably support the body of a user by supporting the pelvis or the lower body of the user using a lap belt. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt for a vehicle comprises a shoulder belt(200), a shoulder belt retractor(300), a lap belt(400), a lap belt retractor(500), and a lap belt buckle(600). One side of the shoulder belt is downward extended through the top end of a seat back(120), and the other side is divided into two parts and is coupled to a seat cushion(110). The shoulder belt retractor retracts one side of the shoulder belt. The lap belt supports the pelvis or the lower body of a user who sits on the seat cushion. The lap belt retractor and the lap belt buckle are coupled to the left and right of the seat cushion, respectively. The lap belt retroactor retracts one side of the lap belt. The other side of the lap belt is detachably coupled to the lap belt buckle.
